Customer Service Co-ordinator - CSC

Are you an experienced Customer Service Co-ordinator or believe you have transferable skills for the job description below? Then this could be the perfect role for you!

Juice Cheltenham is delighted to be supporting a fantastic client in their search for a Customer Service Co-ordinator, based in Stonehouse.

We are seeking a great candidate to provide comprehensive customer service to all internal and external customers in a professional and timely manner.

DAY TO DAY:

-Processing customer orders.
-Delivering excellent customer service.
-Dealing with customer enquiries.
-Liaise with internal and external departments.
-Tracking shipments.
-Resolving issues.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

-Previous export administration experience
-Proven record of understanding and providing an elevated level of customer service
-Strong ICT knowledge – including Excel, Word and SAP/databases
-Excellent communicator with the ability to easily built relationships.
-Understanding of legislation in the distribution of product overseas.
-Experience of producing export documentation and knowledge of the export process and incoterms advantageous.
