This specialist conveyncing firm have seen continued growth and as such are looking for a qualified solicitor to work as their Residential Compliance manager. This is a key role, and the Residential Compliance Manager will offer guidance and support to all teams across the business ensuring the teams have the latest knowledge of - and are operating within - the latest SRA guidelines as well as best industry practice processes.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:

* Lead the review of quality control systems developing and implementing new polices and procedures to tackle areas of non-compliance
* Lead, coach and develop a team of qualified lawyers and conveyancers
* As a senior member of the business, the Residential Compliance Manager will also play a key external role, attending seminars and trade events and positioning the company as a forward-thinking law firm

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Qualified and experienced solicitor with experience of a broad residential propertycase load
* Team management, coaching and engagement experience
* Interest and experience of managing technical and compliance
