ESOL Teacher - ESOL

Bridge Training Ltd is a small Independent Training Provider based in Gloucester City Centre. We are committed to delivering the highest quality of education and support through a culture of dignity, inclusivity, respect, and ambition.

We are looking for an inspirational ESOL teacher who is passionate about guiding young people towards a brighter future. The focus in this role is to ensure that current and future students receive a first-class experience that enables them to progress and attain their qualifications and to develop long-lasting skills. Our classes are small, with a maximum of 14 students at any one time

Central to our ethos is knowing the student and building professional, nurturing, and positive relationships to motivate learning and provide a learner focussed environment ensuring vocational excellence, high quality learning and an outstanding student experience which reflects the principles of the curriculum.

Our teachers are part of the decision-making process that drives Bridge Training forward to provide outcomes for our students, we welcome input in developing both the academic, vocational and opportunities for our extra-curricular offer (Enrichment).

If you do not currently hold a teaching qualification it will become a mandatory requirement for this post and must be achieved within 18 months. A Bridge Training Ltd mentoring programme is in place to help you achieve this.

You will need to be safeguarding trained and to be able to fully understand the reporting process if you identify safeguarding concerns. Bridge Training is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and expects all staff to share this commitment.
