About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive school community in Gloucester. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of inspiring young learners and fostering a love for education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the needs of all pupils.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student development.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching KS1 pupils is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
