As a Project Administrator, you will assist in providing a reliable, accurate and high-quality administrative resource and logistic support to the Ecology and wider consultant team at working as part of a team and independently as appropriate.
You will be positive, self-motivated, proactive, and able to be reactive and engage and communicate effectively with the whole team. You will adhere to policies and processes whilst championing the company culture. As part of the wider team, you will be adaptable and willing to assist other functions if required. You will be expected to manage your continued professional development within the role, looking for opportunities for training, new initiatives and personal development
Role requirements
To be logical, proactive, commercially minded, and positioning yourself as an integral part of the team. You will be self-motivated, positive, practical and be able to cope in an ever changing, fast paced environment where no two days are the same.
You will have experience of Client Care (both internal and external), are able to confidently communicate verbally and write to a high standard.
An ability to follow, adhere and promote Quality standards as set out in the Quality policy in line with ISO standards.
To have an awareness of Health and Safety issues and of Health and Safety Policies and Procedures. Competence in Microsoft Office, and a desire to strengthen such skills in line with project demands, and your own professional development.
Required Skills:
• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Qualifications:
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
