Upgrade Programme Project Officer (Technician 3)
Salary:  £26,529 - £27,128 FTE
(Salary dependent on qualifications and experience)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent, Term Time Only (34 weeks)
Required:  1st September 2024


Do you have the skill set to support our Upgrade Students in re-framing their efficacy and enthusiasm for education? This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a modern, innovative and driven individual to join a supportive and inspiring Faculty.

The successful candidate will have a varied skill set to aid organisation and delivery of internal projects that look to develop and enhance student work skills with a cohort looking for the opportunity to shine?

The post holder will be expected to:

- Planning and delivery of internal project sessions to shape attitudes and behaviours to work
- Plan and deliver work skills development sessions
- Assist all aspect of supporting students with complex needs in work placement
Candidates should have a commitment to providing high quality support to a range of learners and colleagues that is in line with industry standards.

Candidates should possess either proven experience in working with students with complex needs and/or limited GCSE portfolios.
