Position: Project Co-ordiantor
Location: Stroud
Salary:£32,000

Our client within the engineering sector have an exciting oppurtunity for a Project Co-ordiantor. This role would suit someone seeking an oppurtunity to work within a successfull organisation with excellent customers and products. You wil work within the Projects group within the Contracts department co-ordinating assigned projects providing an interface between Customers and the Company

 Key Resposibilities 

- Project co-ordinate assigned orders
- Liaise with all internal teams regarding assigned orders.
- Liaise with customer and/or customer representative regarding assigned orders
- Provide assistance with the creation of Project Plans for communication and control throughout Project
- Ensure timely Order Status reporting
- Improve current status reporting format in liaison with Client/and internal team
- Assist with monitoring Project actual costs against estimates
- Maintain Project registers and files
- Provide input for major Proposals, Re-Quotes, Clarifications, Change Orders
- Identify and support process and system improvements 
- Co-ordinate client visits
- Maintain client visits to their facilities as required
- Continue to support RMA system
- On time end month reporting & presentations.
