My client is an established and successful independent, multi-branch Estate and Lettings Agency, who are looking to add a Senior Lettings Agent to their high performing Cheltenham team.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Senior Lettings Agent:
* Drive the growth of new business into the company through a variety of means
* Nurture and develop existing client base, maximising opportunities
* Support and develop team members in achieving their own targets
* Work closely with the wider business to support and contribute to growth
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Senior Lettings Agent:
* Proven ability to generate new business within a lettings agency
* First-class communication and customer service skills
* Skilled in aiding the development of junior team members
* Full UK driving license and use of appropriate car
My client is offering a base salary up to £35,000 DOE, with OTE expected to be £50-70,000
