Sales Negotiator
Stonehouse / Gloucester
Hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
1 in 3 Saturdays 9am – 1pm
Holidays - 20 days plus bank holidays
This is an exciting opportunity to join a local, friendly, and independent Estate Agent based in both Gloucester andStonehouse. Previous experience is essential as the successful candidate would need to be able to value immediately and have a proven track record.
This role is predominantly based in our Gloucesteroffice, but cover in the Stonehouse office will be required.
Duties to include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Carry out property valuations.
- Liaising with purchasers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and all other parties involved in the house buying process.
- To carry out daily / weekly sales progression with both buyers and vendors
- Front office management – dealing with face-to-face, telephone, and email enquiries.
- Ensure effective management of the diary system.
- Manage the property board site, ensuring all the boards are erected and collected.
- Carry out sales & lettings viewings, including taking on, floorplans, pictures, and uploading to our in house system.
- Support both lettings, property management, and sales with daily administration
Salary: £25k plus commission OTE £35k
