To work as part of a small team within a private members club . Involving weekend work.
Job description
- Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks
- Clearing tables wiping surfaces
- Operating a glass washer to ensure ample glass ware available
- Serving food and snacks
- Using till including both cash and card payments
- Ensuring all guests are signed in
- Opening and closing up of premises when required
