Who are we? We’re i2i Recruitment, a B-Corp status leading independent recruitment agency in the heart of Cheltenham. We work hard, laugh harder, and are passionate about connecting top talent with incredible opportunities. Our team is growing, and we need an energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented person to help us find the best candidates out there!
What you’ll be doing:
• Sourcing top candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
• Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate interviews
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates
• Managing clients and helping with their search for talent
• Prospecting new clients via phone, email, social media and networking

What we’re looking for:
• A positive, can-do attitude with a great sense of humour
• Strong communication skills – you’re a natural talker and listener
• A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
• Previous experience in recruitment or sales is a plus, but not essential
• Someone who loves working in a team and thrives under pressure
