What day to day will look like:
• Source Top Talent: Hunt for the best candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Keep Us Organized: Manage our CRM database, making sure every detail is spot on.
• Screen for Success: Conduct initial interviews to find the right fit for every role.
• Stay Ahead: Monitor market trends and competitor moves to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Build Talent Pools: Create and maintain a strong pipeline of future-ready candidates.
• Be the Candidate Champion: Ensure a great experience for every candidate, every time.
• Track Your Wins: Report on your sourcing activities, engagement, and pipeline health.
