Are you the master of multitasking and love making connections? As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’re the glue that keeps the hiring process running like clockwork. You’ll be the vital link between candidates, consultants, and hiring managers—making every step of recruitment seamless and exceptional.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Your Impact:
• Interview Coordination: Juggle schedules, align diaries, and keep everyone prepared.
• Candidate Communication: Be the go-to person for candidates, managing expectations and keeping them engaged.
• Job Postings: Craft compelling job ads and post them on various platforms.
• Offer Management: Assist with offer preparation and ensure smooth delivery.
• Process Improvement: Spot opportunities for improvement to make our process slicker and keeping ahead of the game.
• Business Development: Reach out to potential clients and build exciting new partnerships, opening doors to exciting opportunities.
• Candidate Prospecting: Showcase top candidates to the right companies
