Job Description:
We’re on the lookout for experienced and personable waiting staff to join our team on a part-time basis, with a focus on weekend availability. If you’re passionate about providing excellent service and enjoy working in a bustling environment, this role offers flexible hours within our vibrant team.
Key Responsibilities:
● Customer Service: Deliver attentive and welcoming service, ensuring all guests have a positive dining experience
● Order Taking and Serving: Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
● Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth service
● Cleaning and Maintenance: Assist with setup, clearing, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining areas
Qualifications and Skills:
● Experience: Previous experience in a waiting or similar role in a busy environment
● Communication Skills: Friendly and effective communication with guests and team members
● Attention to Detail: Accurate order taking and attention to customer needs and preferences
● Time Management: Ability to stay organised and efficient, especially during peak times
● Positive Attitude: A warm, enthusiastic approach to customer service and teamwork
