Salesperson (Commission-Based)
Remote/Flexible

We are a dedicated health and wellness company specializing in offering transformative sessions aimed at enhancing mental health, lung health and Occupational well-being. Our product offerings include breath sessions, health promotion, ISO45003 training and comprehensive workshops focusing on mental health management, resilience, and stress management. We are looking for a motivated and passionate salesperson to join our team and help us reach more individuals and organizations in need of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Engagement: Actively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to promote our products, including:
Low-Ticket Sales:
Breath Sessions
Awareness Health Promotion Sessions
High-Ticket Sales:
Mental Health Essentials (Anger Management, Reclaim, Resilience, Confidence Boost, Group Workshops)
Lung Behavioural Health (Breath Renewal, Integrated Behavioural Health)
Occupational Health (Stress Management Workshops, ISO45003 Training, Respiratory Health)
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and how our sessions can benefit them.
Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to educate clients on the benefits of our health and wellness sessions and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
Sales Tracking: Keep accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions using our CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback on sales performance and client responses to help refine our offerings and strategies.
Essential criteria
Proven experience in sales, preferably in health, wellness, or a related field.
Basic understanding of mental health, stress management, and wellness strategies.
Interest in personal development and mental well-being.
Proficient in using digital communication tools (e.g., email, social media, video conferencing).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and build rapport.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for promoting mental health, lung health and Occupational wellness.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ability to manage your own schedule effectively in remote settings.
Education Requirements
Minimum Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
A college degree is preferred, particularly in fields such as:
Health Sciences
Psychology
Business Administration
Marketing
Wellness or Health Promotion
Relevant Certifications (Optional but Beneficial):
Certifications in sales training or techniques.
Health and wellness certifications (e.g., wellness coach, mental health first aid).
Specialized training in areas related to the products being sold (e.g., stress management, behavioural health).
Continuing Education:
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development related to sales techniques and health topics.
