Job Description:
As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager with a background in specification sales. Your primary responsibility will be to lead our sales campaign targeting both existing and new specification customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the specifier market segment.
- Identify and target new business opportunities, expanding our customer base internationally.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency of message, timely delivery and quality service to customers.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in specification sales and establishing and building customer relations.
- Strong drive and determination to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Experience in international business development.
