Purchase Ledger Specialist
Cheltenham
Are you detail-oriented, solution-focused, and ready to be a key part of a close-knit team in a fast-moving, multi-brand business? We’re a forward-thinking company operating across construction, e-commerce, and distribution, and we’re on the lookout for a Part-Time Purchase Ledger Specialist to help keep our financial operations running smoothly.
What will you get up to?
This isn’t your typical purchase ledger role. Instead of just processing invoices, you’ll be:
- Monitoring various systems to ensure seamless financial operations
- Working closely with suppliers and brand heads to optimize processes
- Managing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Proactively identifying and resolving issues before they arise
- Supporting process improvements and efficiency in financial workflows
You will have…
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in purchase ledger, accounts payable, or a similar role
- The ability to work across multiple brands and adapt to different workflows
- A passion for technology and a proactive approach to process improvement
- Great communication skills for supplier and internal team collaboration
- A personality that thrives in a friendly, supportive team environment
- A blend of being Independent and self-motivated, but also a great team player
- An adaptable approach and be comfortable with change in a fast-paced setting

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (pro rata)
Hours Per Week: 21 hours a week (Can be worked flexibly Monday-Friday)
