Your new role
Hays are seeking dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our team, working with various secondary schools in the Cheltenham and wider Gloucestershire area. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about education and have a proven track record of working with children in an educational setting. We have full-time and part-time opportunities currently available for work flexibly offering daily supply to local schools.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a positive learning environment is maintained.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain on task.
- Support students with their learning and address any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity of education.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience working with children/leading large groups
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Confidence and good communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of safeguarding
- Previous cover supervisor experience (Desirable)

Salary: £97.0 - £129.0 per day + £97 - £129 per day dependent on experience
