HEAD OF COLLEGE
Stroud
Closing Date Midday 28 th February 2025

Starting Date 1 st September 2025
Status: Permanent
The Trustees and Governors are looking for a committed, enthusiastic, and experienced Head of College. The Head of College is a key role and central to the organisation, reporting to the Principal. The successful candidate will lead and manage a diverse team of staff, providing strategic input at governor, leadership and senior management levels. The ability to communicate and influence at all levels is essential.
St Rose's provision is from 2 to 25 years; a nursery, a non-maintained special school for students from 5 to 19 and St Martin’s an independent specialist college for students from 19 to 25. Our students have physical and sensory disabilities, learning and communication difficulties and complex health needs.
