Thomas Keble School are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Pastoral Support Linkrole within our friendly and hardworking team. We are seeking to appoint someone who is enthusiastic and committed to provide support to pupils, staff, and parents to engage in education by providing support around behavioral, SEND, and safeguarding systems, including fulfilling the role of Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. In addition, you will work with stakeholders to promote the raising of student attainment and the well-being of individual students. This will involve the direct management of some children who are on the Graduated Pathway and liaising with parents and outside agencies in consultation with the DSL and SENDCO.

You will join a friendly team of staff, who are dedicated to ensuring that all learners reach their full potential. In our recent Ofsted, July 2023, the Inspection Team said:

“Pupils feel happy and safe at school.”

The closing date for applications, through the eteach link on our website, is Monday 8th July 2024 at midday with interviews one day that same week, however, we would recommend an early application as we will be interviewing on a rolling basis as suitable candidates apply.
