IT Support Technician Apprentice at MERGEIT LIMITED - VAC1000299050
Gloucester
An IT Technician provides support to internal & external customers, helping them to be productive when using technology, by using tools to problem solve & trouble shoot non routine problems. The Infrastructure Technician sets people up on systems & provides support when they need it, rectifying issues to maintain the organisations productivity.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.
Key facts about an Apprenticeship:
- An apprentice must be employed for a minimum of 30 hours a week.
- Apprentices must meet our minimum entry requirements

You need to be successful in each area before moving on to the next stage.
