Food & Beverage Supervisor
Cheltenham
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our busy restaurant team.
Our dining options focus on providing a produce led menu inspired by the seasons. With classic British influences and discrete service, we pour care and creativity into every dish.
This role and will cover a mixture of breakfast, lunch and evening services, candidates must be available for weekdays and weekends, you will not be required to work split shifts.
Key Tasks
- You will be a key member of the Food & Beverage team, providing guests with a distinctive, warm, professional and intuitive service
- To help support and guide the team and encourage them to support one another
- Preparation of the Restaurant & Brasserie ahead of service to ensure guest comfort
- Offer expert product knowledge to guests
- Support the Management team in the smooth operation
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a guest facing role within a fine dining restaurant or hotel;
- A team player with excellent organisational and time management skills;
- Impeccable attention to detail;
- Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a positive and can-do attitude;
- Guest focused with a genuine passion for delivering sensational service
- Excellent spoken English and have immaculate presentation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.24-£12.77 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
Salary: £12.24 - £12.77 per hour plus service charge
