Breakfast Supervisor

We currently have an amazing opportunity to join the team as Breakfast Supervisor at Stonehouse Court Hotel.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our breakfast service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a strong attention to detail. As the Breakfast Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service, managing the breakfast team, and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the breakfast service, ensuring all food and beverage items are replenished, fresh, and presented to high standards.
- Lead, motivate, and train breakfast staff, ensuring all team members adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or special requests.
- Ensure the breakfast area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times, following health and safety regulations.
- Handle inventory control, including ordering and tracking supplies to minimize waste and optimize cost control.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the timely preparation and delivery of food items.
- Conduct regular quality checks on food and beverages to ensure they meet the hotel’s high standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with guests, providing personalized service when necessary.
- Address any guest feedback or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: £12.72 - £13.22 per hour
