Qualified Supervisor - JB

Ready to step into a leadership role?
We’re on the lookout for a Qualified Supervisor to lead a team of Fixed Wire Testers across national commercial contracts. If you're technically sharp, compliance-savvy, and great with people – this could be your move into a senior role with real progression potential.

Must Have’s
- Qualified Electrical Supervisor with proven supervisory experience
- City & Guilds 2391 (or 2394 & 2395), 18th Edition, and NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Comfortable reviewing EIC/EICR reports and ensuring compliance
- In-depth knowledge of BS7671 and current regulations
Nice to Have’s
- Experience working with NICEIC or NAPIT
- Familiar with EML certificates and thermal imaging
- Confident with Excel, Word, and basic Office Suite tools
So what will you be doing?
- Supervising and signing off electrical works and reports (EICRs, certifications, etc.)
- Providing technical support to engineers and operational teams
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Ensuring safety and compliance across all work, minimising risk
- Leading a team of electricians and supporting their performance and growth
