Re furb Supervisor

Bishops Cleeve - fulltime - Permanent - Salary £32,500 + Overtime

Working H ours: Monday-Friday 8-16: 30 . 1 hour lunch.

O ur client is looking for a Ref urb Supervisor to join them on their Cheltenham site, managing a small team.

The Role:

Carry out a variety of repairs/refurbishment of Portable Kitchen Units including roofing, flooring, carpentry, wall skinning, painting and maintenance.
Other associated maintenance works required to doors, windows, hatches, drainpipes, vents and general structural works to Portable Buildings.
Plan workload and o versee the refurb team ensuring performance and works completion.
Monitor and report required stock levels of materials
Plan and oversee large project build s
Continuously review work and procedures - suggest efficiencies and operational improvements .
Be an active and responsible part of the team with all matters relating to Health and safety practices and other processes
Work to grow a team and department into a multiskilled unit with agreed skill sets
Willing to travel - onsite refurb/repair - Company vehicle (very occasional)

The Person:

'Hands-On', can do attitude, good communicator. Good customer service.
Carpentry experience , plumbing experience, General maintenance experience
Focuses on financial and operational performance. Proactive, logical thinker.
Works in a tidy, organised way, never leaves things to the last minute, prioritises their work activities, tackles tasks systematically, is always prepared, plans how to meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail.
Always dispose of waste materials correctly , maximise recycling opportunities.
Minimise waste of water, gas, electricity - good practice.
Eligible for CRB/ DBS clearance.
CSCS - Desirable
