Warehouse Team Leader- Afternoons - SGWTL

Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader

Location: Staverton

Pay Range/details: £15.10- 16.76 per hour (depending on shift)

Contract Type: Temporary to permanent

Omega has an exciting opportunity to join a leading Global Logistics company working in partnership with one of Gloucestershire's top employers.

This role is offered on a temporary to permanent basis for the right candidate, please note we have two shifts available:

- DAYS Monday to Thursday 07:30- 16:00, Friday 07:30- 12:30

OR

- AFTERNOONS Monday to Thursday 15:30- 22:00 and 12:30- 00:00 on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities - Warehouse Team Leader

* To lead the running of a safe and efficient operation, including achievement of agreed KPIs
* Working within clear guidlelines to achieve defined outcomes
* Support Management with resource planning
* Conduct performance reviews
* Implement and communicate timely reporting and operational results
* Identify and escalate training needs of team members

Qualifications & Requirements - Warehouse Team Leader

* Team Leader experience or similar would be advantageous
* PC literate
* Counterbalance FLT licence would be advantageous
* Knowledge of Health and Safety
* Knowledge of Continuous Improvement
