Salary is dependent on experience
Cirencester
Monday - Friday - 9.00am - 5.30pm (Flexibility is offered with some working from home)
We are currently recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join our client based in Cirencester
Requirements
- You must be MRICS (5 years minimum PQE) and experienced in the residential sector.
- Must have experience with listed buildings, understand the planning system, and good building control knowledge.
- Good with clients and able to meet new clients and win work.
- Able to write schedules of work/specifications.
- Knowledge of JCT contracts (MW & IMW), contract administration experience, and project management experience.
- Able to manage own workload
- Able to undertake inspections and surveys.
- Produce reports on defects.
- Produce reports on properties (RICS Level 2 and 3).
- Produce insurance reinstatement costings.
- Nice to have - Party wall / dilapidations.
