LAND and/or MEASURED BUILDING SURVEYOR (Full Time)
Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire

We provide services on a wide range of project types including retail, commercial, education, residential, hospitality, transport, manufacturing and heritage sectors. Our company provides multi-discipline surveying solutions to a broad base of prestigious clients covering projects throughout the UK and sometimes abroad.
Due to our continued success, we are seeing continued growth in our company. We are now searching for a Land or Measured Building Surveyor to join our highly talented and friendly team.

Role and Responsibilities
Focused on the Measured Surveyor, this is a hands-on role which will involve various data capturing methods, data processing and CAD draughting in order to deliver projects.
- Understanding point cloud datasets and traditional survey data to produce Measured Survey deliverables
- Experience with 2D CAD creating topographical maps /floorplans / sections / elevations from point cloud data and traditional methods
- Competent user of various survey instruments including Disto’s, RTK-GNSS, Total Stations and Terrestrial Laser Scanners
Additional Skills (not essential to the role)
- Experience with 3D CAD
- Revit (Scan to BIM)
- CAA license UAV experience
- Experience with photogrammetry data capture and processing from any software package
Experience and skills
- At least 2 years experience working in Land/Measured Building Surveying
- Confident in completing survey projects to set specifications and standards
- Enjoy working with others in a strong team environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently with confidence and discipline
- Demonstrate initiative, integrity and willing to ask questions
