An exciting opportunity has arisen to the team at English Bicknor C of E Primary School. We require an experienced Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in our school.
The successful candidates will need to be caring, supportive and compassionate, whilst being passionate and enthusiastic. They will need to have excellent communication skills, work well as part of a team.
We wish to appoint an outstanding Teaching Assistant who:
• has a good understanding of pupil development.
• effectively supports children’s learning and progress.
• Manages behaviour positively.
• Can build good relationships with pupils, staff and families.
• Is committed to the Christian ethos of our school.
