Churcham Primary School would like to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team. The position is for 16 1/2 hours a week, each morning Monday- Friday, term time only.

All staff at the school are committed to providing the best education and opportunities for all pupils. Our children are happy and keen to learn. We pride ourselves on our family feel. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated team player. Initially the position will be for the EYFS/KS 1 class, supporting the learning of individuals and groups of children. The contract is a fixed term contract initially until 31st August 2025.

The successful candidate will:

• have high expectations for themselves and of all pupils
• have experience of working with children in a school setting
• be able to build positive working relationships with pupils, parents and other staff
• be flexible, hard working and organised
• demonstrate resilience
