Hours: Full Time
Contract: Fixed Term Contract (Until 31/08/2025)

Start Date: A.S.A.P.

We are looking for someone who:

· Can form positive and caring relationships with all children and work effectively as a member of a strong team.

· Contributes to the ethos and wider community of the school.

· Demonstrates sound knowledge of the EYFS and KS1 curriculums and their assessment procedures.

· Possesses excellent subject knowledge of early phonics, reading, writing and numeracy.

· Demonstrates a passion for teaching and learning in the indoor and outdoor learning environments.

· Has knowledge and experience of working with children with SEND, including scaffolding learning for children with Special Educational Needs.

· Has experience of working with children who have complex communication and interaction needs.

· Understands young children’s communication and uses effective strategies to manage challenging behaviours calmly.

· Shows initiative and the ability to be spontaneous.

· Motivates our young children to be increasingly independent and confident as they learn and grow.

· Shares our commitment to continuing professional development.
