Guidant Global is partnering with the UK's esteemed Ministry of Defence to recruit a skilled Occupational Health Nurse. The successful candidate will join our client's innovative and supportive in-house OH team. As a member of a multi-disciplinary team, the role will involve contributing to the continuous improvement and delivery of a high-quality, efficient, and effective OH service.

As an Occupational Health Nurse you'll be required to deliver the OH service across our clients UK operation, including covering any leave, which will involve travel when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Applicants must possess a comprehensive range of Occupational Health (OH) skills, including case management, health surveillance, fitness-for-work medicals, and travel health awareness. As part of our wellbeing initiatives, our team also conducts wellness assessments, which necessitate phlebotomy expertise.

The role demands exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with HR, Line Managers, and Health & Safety colleagues. Primarily site-based due to the nature of the work, the position offers some flexibility for occasional remote work. Additionally, the role may involve occasional travel to other sites to ensure service consistency.

Salary: £40 Hourly + In IR35 (PAYE & Umbrella) available
