Food & Beverage Trainer

Cheltenham

A bonus of £250 will be paid after 3 months service and six months service for this role.

We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Trainer to join our busy team and assist with onsite and in service training. Reporting to our Hotel Manager and working with our F&B Management Team you will identify the training needs of their team members and implement a training plan that combines classroom style sessions and in-service shadowing. You will prepare a six-monthly plan to incorporate your in-house training alongside supplier and product training.

Key Tasks

You will be a key member of the team, providing guests with a distinctive, warm, professional and intuitive service whilst setting the standard for our young team.

Candidate Requirements

This role will involve working a range of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner shifts.

Salary: £25,200 plus Service Charge
