Operations Manager
Swindon
Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading company in their search for an Operations Manager based in Swindon.
DAY TO DAY:
- Execute and oversee all aspects of the bidding process, planning, and operation of services for clients within your assigned area of responsibility, including direct contribution and team leadership.
- Coordinate pier operations, including the supervision of guides, coach drivers, and other casual staff.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Lead and manage the team by setting clear goals, providing ongoing support and guidance, conducting performance reviews and facilitating professional development opportunities to foster growth and enhance team performance.
- Ensure the Senior Vice President of Operations is regularly updated on day-to-day operational matters.
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to create new tour products and maintain and update the tour database for your assigned area of responsibility, including conducting site visits and completing risk assessments.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and operational excellence.

- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability and willingness to travel within the UK
- Ability to work occasional weekends (when needed) including some overnight stays away from home.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications with intermediate Excel skills.
- Possess a full, clean driving license with the confidence to drive to various locations.
Salary up to £40,000 per annum
