Location: Gloucester
Salary: £24,000 Per Annum
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)
Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative on on behalf of our client based in Gloucester. This is an excellent and exciting opportunity to join an established yet expanding business with an excellent opportunity of career advancement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- General Auction Centre Housekeeping
- Prepare items for sale including photograph
- Checking catalogue format for upload for auctions and private treaty sales
- Maintain Auction Centre Stock control
- Carry out Auction Sale Viewing and Releasing of items
- Managing and supporting bidders through registration process for auctions
- Typing engagement letters, inventories and reports. Creating same in PDF format
- Preparation of fee notes and private treaty invoices
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proficiency in the Office 365 environment with understanding of Excel and Word
- Ability to interact in a professional manner with clients, buyers and colleagues across all levels of the business
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- 1 Year Minimum Warehouse Experience
