We are seeking a Sales Operations Executive, to support the European Commercial Team by assisting with the smooth running of sales processes. Your responsibilities will include managing sales activities, helping track leads, and ensuring timely follow-up on sales opportunities. You will work closely with the sales team to generate quotes for new and repeat  business, process customer orders, and manage shared email inboxes. This role will also include providing customer service support by addressing inquiries and delivering timely and accurate information to enhance customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2+ years of experience in a sales operations or sales support role. A strong background in using CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office tools are essential. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will allow you to manage multiple tasks efficiently, from handling orders and quotations to maintaining accurate records of sales activities. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently will be important, as you will be supporting various teams and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
