Ad Hoc Administrator & Emergency Cleaner
Stroud
Are you a person who has some free time and would like to be paid for it?
We are Happy Home Cleaning Services in Stroud, and we are looking for some additional administration and cleaning support but on an ad hoc basis.
Administration & Rostering Support
Provide administrative and rostering support as and when required. This is a home-based role, and all tools/equipment will be provided.
Skills and abilities:
- To be a competent user of word, excel and happy to learn Teams if not already familiar with this platform.
- Answer cleaning office phone and relaying messages as necessary
- To maintain excellent client / customer relationships
- To maintain client email enquiries and responses.
- Daily operational adjustments on the Teams rostering platform
- To attend the team briefs as required
- Able to work on own initiative
Emergency Cleaning
Where our regular cleaners are unable to attend their clients cleans, i.e. the cleaner is on holiday; appointment or poorly; and there are no other cleaners available; and/or the clients visit cannot be rearranged; then the Emergency Cleaner will attend the client’s property to carry out the clean using the client’s equipment and cleaning materials.
Skills and abilities: -
- Driver / Own or have full time use of a vehicle.
- Ability to clean to a high standard
- Knowledge of cleaning products and methods
- Ability to follow instructions
- Attention to detail
- Organisational skills
- Ability to manage cleaning schedules
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: This appointment will be on a self-employed basis £15/hour
