Relationship Manager
Temporary – Permanent (Part Time 15-20 hours)
Hybrid
£25,000 - £30,000 pro rata
My client is looking for a diligent, friendly and people focused individual to join their amazing team and support with their company mission that aims to solve social and environmental problems of our age. If you are someone with a drive to exceed customer expectations this role could be for you!
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for your projects and stakeholders. We aim to exceed expectations every time on delivery, on budget and on time.
- Communicate and build relationships with clients in order to gain an understanding of their business objectives and challenges.
- Maintain relationships with clients to ensure long standing satisfaction.
- You will need to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver project outcomes.
- This role may involve some travel, which could be international. This will be paid for by the company.
Requirements
- You will need to have demonstrated analytical, organisation, negotiation, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills, and the ability to drive successful change, as well as the desire to drive sustainable business into the next decade.
- Strong people skills, with the ability to articulate sustainable solutions that provide value to people at all levels along with excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to cross barriers like culture and sector.
