We have a number of positions available here at BBcare10 LTD, supporting children, young people and adults with additional needs.
MENTORING SUPPORT : term time only, can fit into school hours-to be discussed in interview We are looking for passionate mentoring support workers to support our children, young people and adults within their own homes and within the community,
Essential Skills
- Experience of working in a range of settings with vulnerable young people.
- Demonstrable commitment to recognising and valuing young people’s achievement in a range of learning styles.
- Evidence of recent commitment to personal professional development.
- Experience of working on your own initiative and within a Team.
- A “can-do” approach.
- Applicants are required to take part in an Enhanced Criminal Record check/DBS.
- Driving Licence and access to own transport.
- Ability to demonstrate a commitment to service user empowerment and reintegration.
- Flexibility, creativity, initiative and self-motivation.
- Proven co-operation and communication skills.
- Good level of IT literacy
