Programme Manager, Children and Young People Mental Health - D9843-ICB-6052SP

Job summary

The Children, Young People and Maternity team is made up of three portfolio areas: Children & Young People (SEND/LD/Neuro), Children & Young Peoples Mental Health, and Maternity all working to improve outcomes for families across Gloucestershire. We are a large team with a range of expertise.

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a new team member to join us as Children & Young Peoples Mental Health Programme Manager (1WTE 37.5hrs). Please note this is a fixed term role of 12 months to cover maternity leave.

Main duties of the job

This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to flourish in a fast-moving complex environment, working with colleagues within our local trusts and wider partnership across the system with both clinicians and non-clinicians. The post-holder will work within their specific portfolio area to provide and lead practical support in the development and execution of programmes and projects of transformational change, cost improvement and quality service improvement and redesign.
