Mentoring Support Worker
Gloucestershire
Taylored Mentoring Services are a mentoring service based in Gloucestershire. We are currently looking for Mentoring Support Workers to help make a difference to the young people we work with within the county.
Ideally you will have had some previous experience of working with young people, although training is provided. All candidates are considered.
We need you to be:
- A kind and caring individual wanting to help others.
- Happy to learn and develop new skills.
- Have a calm ‘can do’ attitude.
- A team player
- Pro-active
- Confident driving to new places
Requirements:
- Hold a full driving licence and have daily access to your own vehicle.
- Prove your right to live and work in the UK.
- Hold an enhanced DBS certificate.
- Be a confident communicator – this role includes writing reports.
- Attend training and meetings as and when required.
What we offer:
- Competitive salaried pay – starting at £12.00 per hour.
- Flexible working hours – term time only contract.
- Paid overtime.
