Youth Programme Officer - Believe & Achieve - 21 hours per week

As a centre of expertise for meningitis after care and support, we have established and delivered a successful programme of support for young people aged 11–25 years who have been impacted by meningitis.
This programme of support, Believe & Achieve (B&A), is UK wide. We are looking for a Youth Programme Officer to take ownership of our online activities and help to successfully deliver Believe & Achieve.
The role will assist several strands of the programme, including online event delivery, social media channels and referrals, and support for counselling, coaching and mentoring.
Believe & Achieve makes a difference to young people’s lives every day and helps them to face the future with hope and confidence.
