Drama / Media group leader Needed for Exciting Film & Drama club!

Are you a qualified drama, THEATRE or media teacher with a passion for working with young people?

We’re looking for someone special to lead Neuroverse Film Club, an imaginative, action-adventure film project envisioned by a group of creative neurodivergent young people.

Your role will be to guide and inspire a small group of enthusiastic young actors, as they bring their unique vision to life. You’ll be involved in creative problem-solving, project management, filming, editing and providing general directing assistance.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience of working with young people with SEND / neurodivergent children.
Experience of working with home-educated children (desirable).
Great team player with experience of positive, collaborative environments.
Teaching qualification in a relevant subject (minimum of a Level 3 diploma in a relevant qualification or a professional teaching qualification).
Experience of project management and the successful leading of a group.
Technical film making knowledge - storyboarding, camerawork, post and editing.

WHEN: WEDNESDAYS, 3:00 - 5:00 PM, TERM TIME ONLY

WHERE: NAILSWORTH SUBSCRIPTION ROOMS AND OUTDOOR FILMING LOCATIONS.
